Jewellery designer and sculptor Marjike De Goey's home and studio in Amsterdam is a converted warehouse. She describes it as being like a milkmaid with her pails on either side of carrying pole. The pole is the upper level metal bridge that space the length of the building. It leads to her befroom and bathroom, a space large enough to accommodate a baby grand piano. On the lower level the kitchen is contained behind a small bar and thedining area is focused around a steel and glass table that carries through the steel and glass construction of the apartment.
