The upper floor and attic of a west London house have been converted in to an unusual split level house by a stage and cat walk show designer. The attic now houses a kitchen and dining area on a mezzanine which over looks the living area below and makes part of it elegantly double height. The bathroom is fitted with an ex – Belgian hospital sink and the picture conceals a deep cabinet. The bed linen and walls of the small rear bedroom are exactly the same colour, the paint being specifically blended to the colour of the linen. Writer vinnylee@btinternet.com
